- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Recently took my son to the Albany office for a first time appt. The reception staff of two were not friendly or informative or welcoming. The therapist we were assigned talked with my son for maybe two minutes and then set him on equipment and walked away. He did not stay to make sure he was using it properly. He had no consideration for the pain he was in. He did not explain follow up visits where to schedule or anything like it.
